Connecting with Arsenal fans everywhere - through a revamped membership scheme. The club's 125th anniversary created an opportunity to overhaul the membership brand. Our creative and positioning work proved so effective that it became the foundation for all membership activity over the next four years.

I helped shape and present the strategy, came up with the positioning line, and wrote web and DM copy - including an introductory letter from Arsene Wenger (wot I wrote for him).
